Anca Dobrean is professor, Ph.D., at Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania, a specialist in clinical psychology and evidence-based assessment and psychotherapy (i.e., rational-emotive and cognitive-behavioral approaches and behavioral therapy), focused on child and adolescent psychopathology. She is involved in major national randomized clinical trials related to psychotherapy vs. medication, and has important contributions to the international literature.

Anca Dobrean’s areas of expertise are: evidence based psychological assessment and evidence based intervention for child and adolescent disorders. In the field of evidence based psychological assessment, Anca Dobrean is involved in adaptation and validation of the main psychological instruments for assessing child psychopathology
